Meetings dates for 2010

Please note that in order to minimise impact on your own businesses that executive meetings are limited to 6 per year (may be others in cases of emergency resolutions etc) and general meetings to four per year and full meetings will follow Executive meetings. The AGM also forms part of the October meeting

Networking functions will be attached to all of the full meetings and they are going to be held on Level 3 of the Civic Centre to maximise amenities and minimise costs and members will recieve plenty of notice should the venue be changed.

This does not mean that the Chamber will not have other opportunities to come together as there will be Business Breakfasts and other special events

Meetings:

5.30 to 6.30 pm Monday 15 February - Executive

5.30 to 6.30 pm Monday 19 April - Executive followed by Full Meeting 6.30 to 8.00 pm

5.30 to 6.30 pm Monday 21 June - Executive followed by Full Meeting 6.30 to 8.00 pm

5.30 to 6.30 pm Monday 16 August - Executive

5.30 to 6.30 pm Monday 1November Executive followed by Full Meeting 6.30 to 8.00 pm and including AGM

5.30 to 6.30 pm Monday 6 December Executive followed by Full Meeting 6.30 to 8.00 pm (Plus a little extra for Christmas )
